1. Booking & Payment:
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with Explore Goa Tours to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the activity.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the activity.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.
3. Changes to Booking:
- Any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before the activity.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Activity Modifications:
- Explore Goa Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative activity or a full refund.
5. Liability:
- Explore Goa Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the activity.
- Participants are advised to have their own travel insurance.
6. Conduct:
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the activity guide.
- Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the activity without a refund.
7. Health & Safety:
- Participants are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the activity.
- Please follow all safety guidelines provided by the activity guide.
8. Photography & Media:
- Explore Goa Tours reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated by the participant.
