1. Booking & Payment:

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with Explore Goa Tours to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the activity.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the activity.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.

3. Changes to Booking:

  • Any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before the activity.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Activity Modifications:

  • Explore Goa Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative activity or a full refund.

5. Liability:

  • Explore Goa Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the activity.
  • Participants are advised to have their own travel insurance.

6. Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the activity guide.
  • Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the activity without a refund.

7. Health & Safety:

  • Participants are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the activity.
  • Please follow all safety guidelines provided by the activity guide.

8. Photography & Media:

  • Explore Goa Tours reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated by the participant.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Goa, India.
